Why you and not a $150 studio?

We do not compete on price. For $150 you get one person with no QA, no backups and no answer at the weekend. Here you get fixed timelines, a separate QA team with an acceptance checklist, a maintenance retainer, and a company that does not disappear after handover.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two. The third and beyond are billed hourly. We say this before we start rather than once revisions are underway: otherwise a $300 client eats the margin of three projects and the quality of all three suffers.

How does white-label work for agencies?

You own the client relationship, we do the work under your brand. The NDA is signed before the first brief. Dedicated channel, fixed timelines, no mention of us in the handover. Partner pricing starts at $500 for a landing page.

Who owns the code and design?

You do. On final payment we hand over the repository, the design files and every credential — covered by a dedicated IP assignment clause in the contract. There is no technical lock-in to us as a vendor.

What exactly is in a technical retainer?

Care covers hosting, SSL, 24/7 monitoring, daily backups, CMS updates, security patches and small changes each month. Care+ adds CI/CD, staging, performance work and regular improvements. Managed gives you a dedicated part-time developer, a quarterly security audit and a response-time SLA.

What are the payment terms?

Under $500 is paid up front. From $500 it is 50% to start and 50% before handover. From $5,000 it is 30/40/30 across stages. We accept bank transfer for Ukrainian entities and international transfer otherwise.

Who do you not work with?

Gambling, adult content, political campaigns, payday lending, crypto schemes, and anything with a Russian trail. We check the beneficial owners of clients registered in the EU and Cyprus. This is written into the contract.
